At Sam Bat our maple baseball bats are milled directly
from the log and undergo intense scrutiny at every step of production. Every bat
is checked for cracks, dents, significant grain lines where a split might occur,
and any number of other imperfections. When we send out our bats we are
confident in their quality.
For this reason, and because of the nature of the sport, we unfortunately cannot replace bats because of use. We will be happy to replace your Sam Bat if, when you receive it, the bat has already suffered damage in transit. If this is the case you must contact us, by e-mail or phone immediately. If you do not contact us immediately we cannot guarantee that the damage was done prior to your receiving the bat and therefore we will not be able to replace it.
If you receive your Sam Bat and it is not to the specifications which you gave when you ordered it, contact us. You should have your invoice from the purchase of the bat. If the invoice that we have on record does not correspond with the bat you have received we will replace it.
